Client Responsibilities

• Clearly mark or remove items near or below ground-level which could be damaged by a mower, trimmer, and/or other lawn equipment such as recessed drains, outlets, lights, hoses, power cables, sprinklers, golfballs, etc. Marked items will not be run over.

Un-Reachable Areas

Unreachable areas include but are not limited too:

Inflatable Objects

Air Conditioning Units

Siding Within 3 Inches Of The Ground

Cables Or String Within 6 Inches Of The Ground

Liability Release 

By authorizing ACL Mowing & Such to provide services you (including your company(s), partners, affiliates, tenants, and all concerned parties) agree to release and hold harmless ACL Mowing & Such, and all affiliated parties from liability for:

• Unintentional Bodily Harm

• Damage of unmarked items which are less than 6” above the ground or any depth below the ground. 

• Damage caused by unmarked items being thrown by lawn equipment
